終於忙完工作了,可以來記錄一下熱量了,今日午餐份量有點多,晚餐也在工作前吃完,但現在感覺有些嘴饞,快催眠自己去睡覺...😴😪😪

體重都差不多,飲食盡量能從天然的食物攝取營養,所以盡量能自己準備三餐,目前有個疑問,不餓需要進食嗎?如果時間很晚了但餓了怎麼辦?各位朋友們是怎麼安排你的三餐呢?可以分享一下嗎?我是三餐非常不定時,因為工作的關係...😆
