聚餐壽司,先吃蒸蛋,手卷,味噌湯,以免壽司吃太多,久違的米飯太幸福啦~😍

第16日-午餐
近日吃太多生菜太生冷,來點芝麻油拌薑黑木耳,蒜香奶油煎牛肉補一下,飯後在一杯薑紅茶,完美!當然還有輕鬆音樂,感覺非常棒...😄😄😄

很難得會吃早餐,已有好一段時間都沒吃早餐了,通常是下午才是第一餐

第15天-晚餐
今天餓很快,昨日及午餐都是生菜生冷的,晚上蕃茄與黃瓜用炒蛋,鴻禧菇炒五花肉絲,包生菜葉,一杯熱果茶😄
