Day three of trying to get back into ketosis. Mon- 18 carbs, Tues- 24 carbs (darn), today- 9 carbs for the day. Friday I am going to test my urine. Draglist and 8Patty really have me considering buying a blood testing machine even though I really HATE needles.
I can say this because we are all friends...I'M HUNGRY!! I am hoping tomorrow it will subside.

Second day of trying to get back into ketosis. So, I know from reading that the diet should consist of mostly fat and 20 carbs and under, but unfortunately the Medi-Weightloss will not tell me what my micros should be until I lose the weight. I guess that is when I will be doing maintenance so they want to find the correct numbers? Who knows. I ate 18 carbs yesterday (under the 20). That is my goal for the week, to eat 20 carbs. It should work, right??

First day with trying to get back into ketosis. I'm already irritable. Mostly because this is my second time out. I am going to basically eat what I did the first week to get into ketosis. That sucked.

Out of ketosis, but I lost 1.4 lbs of fat. I'm taking the good with the bad. Next week is a new week and I wish everyone well this week.

You know what would be awesome??? Not having my thighs rub together!! How much weight do you need so that you don't create fire between your thighs when wearing corduroy pants or while working out. When will my pants stop looking as though a mouse has been nibbling on the thigh area??? WHEN!?!?
I'm still working on it. Slow and steady wins the race.
