Vegan sushi bowl. Hearts of palm crab meat, avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, wasabi nori, spicy vegan mayo, brown rice, pickled ginger.

"Even if it’s not okay, I know that I will be okay and that I will get through it."
I have a lot going on while my life and ventures re-align and re-sort in this incredibly difficult time with a pandemic and assorted other things.
Toxic people. Destructive relationships.
I have to keep reminding myself that it's okay. I've lived through worse.
120 orders in the queue is NBD, I've done this, and more, before.
Removing people that are terrible for me is not new and it won't hurt any more or less than any other time I've had to do it.
I'm holding fast to the routines that I can and working out the things that are no longer applicable.
So, as soon as the sun comes up, I'm going for a run.
I'll knock out half of the orders today.
I've tightly planned all of my food to stay on track and not go over my calorie limits today.
Because stress eating won't actually make me feel better and it will only make me feel significantly worse.
