Only 😔 a .2 loss this week. I feel like my weight is at a set-point. As I have gained and lost the same 3 lbs. since the beginning of the year.when I do lose, then I have snack attacks, usually where I want ice cream. It is difficult and disappointing. But at least it was not a gain. And my neighbor came over last night and said he was treating us to Dairy Queen. I turned him down and said I had over e aten that day. I had already had an ice cream bar that afternoon. But can't believe I turned him down. Onward and downward. Have a nice weekend all.

A gain.😪😪😪. What a bummer. Had some sugar cravings. Cake, ice cream, carrot cake my favorite. And I always seem to be hungry. So I will do the IF starting after dinner tonight. See if I can succeed at this. Have a nice holiday weekend.

A slight gain 😔this week. I don't seem to be able to have a steady loss. I have tried IF and lost doing that last week so will give it a try again this week. Have been having craving for ice cream. Don't know why. Have a nice weekend everyone!

Finally a loss this week. not a big one but I will take any kind of loss. Have not done well this year. I tried IF several times this week and I think it has helped. So I will continue with that. So today I am a Happy camper. Good weekend everyone.

Bummer 😖. Gained this week. Always seem to be hungry. Need a kick in the butt as I need a kick start to get back on plan. Hope to have a better week. And no events scheduled where I would be overeating. As eating out sometimes is a problem. Have a nice weekend everyone.
