Today is weigh in day and I am afraid to get on the scale. Not a good week. Had peach pie as breakfast. Have been craving ice cream 🍦. Having a hip replacement in 2 weeks and not looking forward to the recovery process but...my life after that should be better. So I think I need a treat. And that is usually food . So I am thinking I will try IF starting after dinner tonight. Went to Aldis. They had watermelon, cher ries and a giant cauliflower that will be a good munchie. So will probably weigh in tomorrow. So have a nice weekend everyone.

I am happy with this small loss. I have been stuck at this plateau for quite awhile. So hopefully I can keep it going. Wishing you all a great weekend.

Stayed the same.😔. But at least no gain. Have been fighting having cravings. Need better control. So I guess I have to try harder. Have a good weekend all!

Up slightly 😔 this week. Bummer. I have been craving ice cream. And I had a new pasta recipe I tried. Was only going to have one cup. Well that was a disaster and the next day I gained over a pound. So will try to do better this week. Going to work in the yard a little today before it rains again. Good weeks all.
