Karena mau buat donat kentang, tdi lupa lunch jdi sisa adonan disimpan dikulkas dan Ternyata pas buka kulkas ngembang dong dikulkas wkkw terpakasa dibuat smua,dan Karna jadi ada depan mata..comot lagi 2 plus Saos coklatnya hiksss

setelah bb stuck blan lalu after one week akhirnua surplus naik sekilo habis itu bru back on track lagi smpe hari ini.. tpi Fikiran lebih mau nikmatin diet sih skrg ndi jatuhnya makanan tuh 70%clean food sisanya yahh gitu.. seminggu trakhr krn M jga hoby bgt makan yg ada tepung2nya, brownies, roti dsb tpi ttp defkal dan brusaha imbangi dgn serat nutrisi dll. blm brani nimbang.. smoga turun deh ini bb krn aku msih berpatok pd timbangan, why? krn dilingkaran badanpun tdk brubah so msih meyakini timbangan
