Ok I'm still in a good place. I don't want to over think anything. I've been relaxing and not focusing so much on time. I'm trying to listen to what my body tells me. This is part of me finding what works for me. I'll take it slow. I'm waiting on the exercise for right now. To see if I can somewhat, at lease reach my goal. Pass history has shown me that it is hard for me to know my loss and gains while doing both. My plan is to bring them back in Hopefully soon.
I hope everyone is doing fine. This weather here doesn't know what it wants to do lol, It has been raining all day and the tempt. keeps dropping. So I need to watch that one. Take care all. I'll keep moving..

Didn't want to close this month out without an insert. It was a cloudy yet nice as for as the temp. goes today. I was successful in doing what I needed to do as far as staying on my plan. I will get on those scales tomorrow and see what happen.(My regular check in). Here's to all of us reaching our goals. HEATHY sounds good to me. I'll keep moving.

Didn't make it in on yesterday. But stopping by to encourage us all to stay the course. This weight loss/fitness thingy can be a challenge. Sometime. But if we are going to be successful we have to keep going, keep learning. and know that everything about this journey is not a one size fits all. I do believe in us, We share the same common goal( this is why I can say it ha) Lets keep it going. For me today, right now. I'll keep moving. Take care everyone.

Weight loss. Well some one may look at this and say HUH?. Listen I don't know what to say myself. All I know is. when that storm came, it shut down all of my efforts. I was in a stall and went back up. But after the storm passed. It was like my body settled down. (I don't know) Anyway I got the focus back. and Have been eating like the things that you find on the Keto diet. I have not ate any junk. In that place I'm eating the recommended nuts. So far this is what's happening. I have not started my exercise back yet. But I will soon. I'm just trying to watch this change that I've made and see for a few more day where it's all going to go. I should have put this in the other post. But I wasn't thinking about it until I posted. Take care everyone.

Ok didn't get in here yesterday. Just got caught up in things lol. I usually just post my weight on Monday. But because I've said I was going in a good direction. I'm hoping the drop is agreeing with me. It's been a good day. I'll keep moving.
