I guess I can count it as a fruitful day. I had been asking about the Keto meal plan. I guess I was getting an understanding where to start. So I dropped the thought. Today My sister-in -law dropped by with meals. Containers of: Broccoli, bean/w rice, Zucchini/squash, and a mixed salad. Popeyes chicken.(had hubby in mind).
The salad stood out for me over everything else, of course the other veggies mattered. But that salad look like some of those I've seen in pictures I looked at it (after she left) (closely) I forgot that she was into healthy eating. So that was one of the things I gained in my go to with helping me in preparing the different food. Now as I said I look at that salad and I wish I was not on this desktop, I can't send any pictures this thing is old with no camera lol. and The app I downloaded on tablet is lock in safe mood can't get that off, so can't get to app. Smh, But I'm still working on it.
Ok back to the salad. I see Beets. NO on that, Walnut(HUH?) what look like collard green cut up(what?) pickles chopped up(?) but ok, Baby tomatoes cut up. and cucumber chopped up. over all it look really good just like the pictures I've seen and wondered if I could eat it. To My amazement this salad was GGGGOOOOODDD. However the green turned out to be Romana chopped lol. So my conclusion is Finding those foods and preparing them in a way that I will enjoy eating. For sure this salad is a keeper beets and all. I'm learning things about myself still Ha
Did more work around the house. Tomorrow I plan to get a workout in. I will see about that one. I have written a lot so let me cut this off. I hope everyone has had a wonderful day. I'll keep moving...

Nothing to really talk about today. woke up feeling pretty good after that workout yesterday. I did some housework today. keep my eating under control. But notice I'm falling short on my water. Didn't let anything stress me. Overall I've had a peaceful day. I did get on the scale this morning because of that work out. Usually they would move up the day after for whatever reason. But I'm still the same. Didn't submit it Because I do that on Mondays. Now My hope for you guys is that you are working your plans. doing good with them and having success. We can do this. Let's keep it going. as for me I'll keep moving...

I'm here as the day is ending. It's been a fruitful day. (you asked me why lol) Because your girl got that workout in. It was hard. that is what happen when I don't do them for periods of time. But I got through it and was glad that I did. No nuts today. I'm trying not to eat any today. So that is what I will focus on the rest of the night until I go to bed. I hope everyone has had a fruitful day. We can do this thing. I'll keep moving.

Ok 2oz rise. Not bad. but I think I already know what that is all about lol. I got off of the popcorn and went to the nuts. But if I tell you I get carried away on that too SMH. I got me some cashews and walnuts you know they say they are a good choice alone with pecans, I love peanuts but didn't get them. End up with a lot after I mixed them together. look at it and said, That's a lot. but wasn't thinking about that handful that they tell you about. I would put them in like the snack bags. Even with doing that I'm now eating to many I need to stop the maddness. Oh and I DID NOT start the exercise today. Let me see what tomorrow brings. I hope all of you had a wonderful and fruitful day. I'll keep moving...

I refuse to get on the scale today. Partly because I feel kind of bloated right about now. and I think I really don't want to know today if it is showing up on the scale. Do this sound weird? Feel weird lol. But that is what I've decided today. All is well. I'm good, Hubby is getting better by the day. I trying to decide when to bring those exercises back in. I really need to get going on that. I hope everyone has had a fruitful day. WE can do this thing. I'll keep moving...
