Ditched the Sensa. I couldn't ever remember to sprinkle it on my food. Still doing great with fruits and veggies and protein with the very occasional grain, glass of wine or sweet.
I'm about to do a cleanse with my mom. The Beachbody Ultimate Reset. I'm looking forward to filtering out all of the built-up toxins and "washing" out my insides! :) Should be starting that in a week or so.

Still nursing and not really watching what I eat. I have fluctuated -/+ 3 pounds, but haven't really lost any substantial weight. I just started a 33 day "squat it off" challenge (started with 30 squats and will finish by doing 250) and I am doing some ab workouts every other day or so. I will also be starting to use Sensa to help curb my appetite and cravings.
So, hopefully i will begin to see some results on the scale and in my clothes!

Lots of fruit, veggies and protein with the occasional grain carb. I'm doing pretty good at staying away from most sugars, but Starbucks and nuetella are my weaknesses! Now, if I could only get in some weight training...
