More water weight.
I will be happy with whatever the results are for this challenge, but if I can get over 10 pounds, then I will be freaking ecstatic! Its going to be rough since this is my busiest time of year between my different jobs, and then to Chicago for my brothers 50th where the booze will flow like the great Mississippi... Anyway, Ill just keep doing my best, but enjoying life in a healthy way.

Water weight from starting this 6 week aggressive fat loss challenge. Im expecting to see more drops over the next few days. These challenges really help me lose, and then Ive been (mostly) maintaining for a few weeks, then on to another challenge.
I feel like Im doing it "wrong" by taking the break and maintaining for a few weeks. I have a lot to lose so I think this year I will stick with the challenges, but maybe try for a slower weight loss in between instead of maintaining. Looking over my past year, I usually gain a few pounds during those maint periods (which isnt exactly maintaining) and I want to be able to keep that from happening.
Time and persistence is where its at.

Didnt weigh in for a few days. Ive had a lot going on work wise and have been on the go go go! To make it easier, and make my kid happy, weve been eating out pretty much all weekend. Lots of food for sure! Today my schedule goes back to semi-normal for about 2 weeks and Im starting an aggressive fat loss diet again. I did well last fall and Im looking forward to kick-starting the year with some progress, and to get off the crap thats become so easy to grab.
I DID enjoy the chinese food and fries this weekend. I was disappointed in the ice cream treats and that must be why I kept trying them... 🤣
All good, I know todays gain will drop off shortly.
