Lost 4 lbs of salt, water etc etc doing the juice fast yesterday. Today I'm doing phase 1 FTDetox in the magazine.

Today I am recommitting myself for 2008.
I read First for Women the other day and ALG has a 3 day detox in there so I'm doing that then jumping into phase 1.
Too much holiday noshing has given me problems!!

Thought I'd pop on in while waiting for my spaghetti squash pie to cook
2-3 cups cooked spaghetti squash
2 whole eggs
1 scoop whey powder
1 tsp or more of cinnamon
2 pkg stevia plus
blend all but spaghetti squash on low
add spaghetti squash blend high
preheat oven to 350
spray small casserole dish or pie plate with Pam spray
bake 20-30 mins
is one complete b'fast
you can add fruit to top it off!
good for all phases
Had my LLC and HLW and while waiting, I'm sipping on HLW with ginger and stevia...YUM!

Ugh....can't seem to get away from the sweets!
Yesterday I ate 2 cookies and 2 eggs and a hand full of tortilla chips...that was it! AND I KNOW BETTER!! So today I am starting out with my LLC, HLW, 2 eggs right away. I am making more cookies as gifts and am reminding myself they are poison to me!!
