Came to conclusion I have to enter weight whether I like it or not, not ignore and avoid on days when the scale moves the wrong way. By doing that I am confusing any feedback. So on the weekend I went up three pounds but ate keto without tracking amounts. I was travelling and stressed as my mom is really sick and it is hard to do this with no kitchen and I am still learning.
I rode my bike for an hour on Monday but had to take it back to the repair shop as they had not fixed the basket properly. This means I have not rode bike all the rest of the week.
Yesterday I at slightly over 100% of maintenance but danced for 2 hours (lot of standing around in tap class) but am 2 pounds down.
Takeaway: need to record meticulously, not just when it looks good...this is only for myself. I need to exercise every day for health. as well as helping the weight loss. If I eat well or exercise on their own I stay the same, if I eat carbs I gain, if I do both I lose. That's the formula.

I am loving keto. I had a very stressful weekend...no access to home cooked food, staying at my mother's apartment that has no kitchen. I ate about a tub and a half of cream cheese yesterday and strawberries. It was the strawberries that were too much. only cheat was a sugar free peanut butter cup in the ferries. Normally I would eat a skor toffee apple. I am amazed at how good the food is. That my cravings have gone. I am a little achy.

did a great job today,,,ate lots of avacado and wasn't hungry
yesterday I had to go to vancouver cos mom was in emergency and I used it as an excuse to eat a hot dog, french fries and a piece of chocolate cake. Then the next day I ate a package of halva. So it was really good I got back on track today. I felt MASSIVE. But when I weighed myself I hadn't gained any weight.

I was down on myself for sticking around 200 but eating bacon puffs, 2 keto brownie mugs in one day until I thought about how I had gained 11 lbs in 2 weeks eating a carby diet of same stuff, so actually I think this is working but I have to realize that I lose weight slower than most and eat a lots of treats so what do I expect.
