Welp, week 3 was a bit of a challenge. It was hard to wake up on Wednesday and Friday, so I did 3 out of 5, 5 a.m. workouts. On Saturday I had a great workout, I jogged a lot more, and was able to complete 4 miles in one hour! I have not been able to do that in a long time. I felt great. Missed the alarm today as I tossed and turned all night, not being too hard on myself though, I think I might have burned myself out those first two weeks, and last week just kind of hit me. But hey, 3 out of 5 is better than 0 out of 5. I still believe 5 a.m. is the best workout time for me, as I am much less disturbed by the fam. Hopefully tonight will be a much better night's sleep to help me be ready for tomorrow morning. I also stayed within my calorie limit, although it was high in sodium, goal is to do better on that this week. Happy Monday and have a great week everyone! I'm gonna be honest and say that I am slightly disappointed 😞 no one likes an increase. BUT I know this is water weight from the salty foods I ate this week. My body is already super sensitive to salt, and not having salty foods during Lent and then eating them again, just made me even 10x more swollen. Walking around looking like a hot air balloon. 🤣🤦🏽♀️At any rate have a great weekend, and don't let it mess up your great progress during the week!!

Week 3 of 5 a.m. workouts continue! Proud of myself, they say it takes 21 days to make it a habit. For me it takes a month, LOL. So after week 4, I will feel most accomplished! I survived Easter, although, it was not too hard since my appetite has been reduced. Although my weakness is pizza, and that is what is for dinner tonight, along with some wings. MMM. Anywho, whatever your goals are, I hope you smash them! Happy Monday and have a great week!

Aunt Flo in town so pretty thankful for this lost and no gain at all. Week 2 of 5 am workouts was a success. 🙌💪Now to survive Easter and make a new plan and continue with week 3 of 5am workouts. I get to eat my pizza, sweets and drink sodas again tomorrow, so willpower will be in full affect starting Monday 🤣. May the force be with me lol! Happy Easter Weekend everyone!
