its monday morning! ayyye. i had a fun weekend, which means a very fatty weekend :( my mom made pozole friday, so i ate it friday aaaaaaand saturday... at least it was made with chicken, not pork, so that will help me a bit. saturday night i went boozing for isela's bday. i had 3 sugary drinks. i know that every diet says that drinking will throw you off, so i dunno how that affected my good days of staying on track. im so glad i have flex points, because i used them all up that night. the bar had good music, so i danced that night while i had a good buzz. sunday i went to angelos with yesi, hel, and tess. then i hung out with all the trucas at my house that came to get massages and see the babes, went to work, and then went to iselas dinner/poker party. i had a lot of fun this weekend, so i dont regret it; I just need to be better this week.

ive been looking up gyms and calling for info. curves is 44 a month, which is a lot. plus, curves is RIGHT next to the park so i decided to stick to the park for now since its free and right next door. plus, i like working out outside. i might join 24 later if i dont see much of a difference.

I havent weighed myself yet to see if ive lost anything. i'm kind of scared to do so. hehe. i hope i lost something, anything!

Okay, i really need to start this diet. i was semi-okay last week, but this weekend I was horrible. I ate all the good home-made food my mommy made this weekend, mmm. plus I went out to eat three times. I think my weaknesses are not working out, cheese, dairy, and carbs (the BAD ones of course!), so i will have to work on these. I also need to start working out. I was thinking about joining curves. I dont want an ordinary gym because i know i wont really go. i want one where they teach me how to work out. at curves, you work out three times a week for half an hour with a personal trainer, and i hear its the same price as a normal gym. last summer i lost weight by walking 4 miles a day @ mile square. i want to do that, but i know i wont because of the weather. i dont want to walk in windy weather. my eyes will turn drunk-red, without being drunk (thats no fun). if i dont join a gym, then i guess i will just start lifting the babies :)

or maybe we should start a work out group? to force each other to do it? :)
