Mulai diet tgl 25 okt, mulai olahraga dan defkal. tapi dlu msih krg edukasi, defkal tapi MALAH makan di kalori maintenance bahkan surplus. alhasil bb ya geser kiri malu geser kanan ogah hsha. terus mulai benar baca nonton video edukasi, cari info sana sini lainnya. mulai bener2 defkal 11 november. akhirnya bb turun walau ga byk. tp ttp bersyukur dan ttp sehat. #curcolyagan.

happy lunch. oat meal, dada ayam, sawi,kubis.
no minyak no tepung no gula no santan.
masak ayam pake air dan pake cabe merah di blender tanpa bawang biar pedas aja.
