97.9 Kg, Oh well had a feast past few days no training, yesterday had Nandos, chicken breast and wrap after wards, Fiver Chocolate, Tex, chocolate brownie, Fish and rice with potatoes, i think a had way more than my expected calories for the day however all is well will lose it again and get to 96 this week.

gosh im so stocked lol 95.7 kg this Am, had 3scrammbled eggs nob butter and 2 rotis yesterday and 125g packet woolies chips and 4 pieces whole nut choclate, cannot believe the scale this AM. lol is it a beLIEve Lol am 95.7kg, off for breaki and gym

yesterday breakfast oast nutsmilk, lunch fish and corn snacks nuts almonds, magnum ice cream rasins nuts almonds choc chips 4 scoops.
