Back to the beginning again! It's been 2 months since I tried to "start again" - crazy! I have not gained any weight, I have tried to exercise a little more than usual (which is really not enough I'm afraid) but the work/everything else including looking after my health balance eludes me. This is a real challenge and I'm finding it hard to be consistent.

I have stuck to the challenge - have done a little more exercise this last week and realise I have to schedule it now that I am back at work, but I'm encouraged by my results. Knowing that "weigh-day" comes around very quickly is keeping me motivated which is a good thing!

Have had a busy 2 days. I didn't record my food from yesterday but I have kept the rules of the challenge. I'm back at work so i really have to focus on what I eat and not let myself eat too much...and I have to eat regularly. Still not doing much exercise as i said i would, but i'm not going to worry about it just now. Weigh day coming up in 4 days so I'm halfway through my third week of this journey....all good so far - staying positive...
