Feeling good, seeing some changes in my body and on the scale, A1c was awesome went from 9.5 (when I was in giveup mode) to 6.2 when I was kicking @ss on the diet. A1c is a measure of bloodsugar over time and mine went from out of control to well controlled.

With the exception of some mashed potatoes and boneless buffalo wings over the weekend, I have been pretty good.

I can't help obsessing over weighing myself, looking for positive encouragement I guess to keep up my willpower to chug along.
