Ok, so I've been feeling very discouraged because I have not been focusing on ME! I know I shouldn't let the negativity get into my head and take over my thoughts. It's really hard especially when the daily stresses of life get in the way. I'm going to get in a good workout tonight and just focus on what matter & what's important.....LIFE!

OK, so I haven't made a journal entry in awhile. I'm still on track however I do have to admit I started slacking on my exercising for a minute ='( but I'm back on track and heading toward my health goals & those size 8 pants!! I have given myself til the end of the year to get there and feel confident that I can do it. Hope everyone is doing well and staying focused! By the way I love the website HungryGirl.com, tons of recipes!

Weighed in today finally! I pretty excited about my results, I just have to remember slow & steady wins the race. I'm going to continue doing what I'm doing. I ran 4miles this week with brief breaks in between, I'm excited about that!

Ok, so I haven't weighed in as of yet! I know.....anyway this weekend I tried on a pair of pants that I bought in Nov or Dec which are a size 10, buckled them up and was able to pulled them off without unbuckling them!!! So excited about that, here I come size 8!!!! by the way can't remember was I was an 8??!! Feels pretty good

I started my new lifestyle on March 1st and have yet to weigh in!!! I think I might just get up the nerve to do it tomorrow?!! We'll see lol...wish me luck
