Not at all fooled, normal daily weight swing, but somehow it still feels better to know that yesterday may have been closer to the top of the swing.

still putting on muscle but also noticing a little more body fat. putting the brakes on and dropping calories below maintenance for a couple months to get back down closer to 180.

Muscle mass is up, definition is better... weight is up a bit, but jeans still fit fine... rolling with it. Still seems weird to be eating this much but you just cannot build real muscle on maintenance calories.

%body fat still down, have been doing more and heavier sets for the last few months so I will take the slight bump in weight trending as muscle gain, this is backed up by t-shirt fit changes and no change in belt placement.
