Hmmm...I'm filling this in a little late. I'm a sophomore in college and have been struggling with weight gain at school (cafeteria food is NOT healthy). Last summer I got home and weighed about 130. I started the Extreme Fat Smash, which I prefer because I like structure, over the summer and got down to about 114, but then relaxed a little too much and went up in weight a little. I am trying to do EFS while at school, which is really difficult, considering I am on meal plan and there are no grocery stores nearby. Anyways, I am trying to separate food and stress--be able to eat healthfully during the school year AND during the summer, not just the summer. I'd really like to get down to about 110 pounds by the summer--don't know if it's possible though.
