I just turned "49" and I DO NOT want to continue carrying this weight around until I hit 50.

I currently live in Iowa, but I'm originally from So. Calif. I am a Real Estate Agent. I have a son that lives in So. Calif. (26) and a son in Wichita, KS (24). All of my family still live in CA or NV.

I moved to the Midwest 11 1/2 yrs ago. I weighed 137 pounds! I gained weight, yearly, from depression, loneliness, and frustration. My husband has now lost 30 pounds on Nutrisystem for Men in the last 4-5 months. He looks like he did when we got married. I am putting a lot of pressure on myself to catch up, but I have so much more to lose.
