I am a mother of 3 grown children and now 2 adorable Boston Terriers. I have been married for 30+ years to a great guy. I have gained 30 lbs over the last 2 years and it is time for a change!
I am starting the South Beach Diet again because it worked very well a few years ago. Life happened including moving cross country twice and unfortunately I gained some weight.
My weight goals are:
169 by May 6th
159 by June 14th - My Anniversary
149 by August 1st
I can do this with God's help!
