I am a 22 year old who lives in Sydney Australia!
I am currently trying to get down to 68kg with the ideal being 65kg.
I currently weigh 77.7kg and am following my own diet of low fat and lots of raw fruit and veggies!
I am also trying to do some form of exercise 6 days a week
