Hello!
2009 has been a bad year for me and to be honest I cannot wait to start a new one. My family lost their family business after being ripped off by a developer. This turned my world UPSIDE DOWN. I lost my job, so did all of my family! I had to get used to having no money, was unemployed for 4 months with $30,000 worth of debt. I had to move out of my family home and parents had to sell their house. My dad had a mental breakdown and ended up in hospital. And it seems to have been one thing after another. My weight was the last thing on my mind thru all of this.
I am not happy with most parts of my life right now. Really I wish I had my old life back but I must come to terms with the fact that this is never going to happen! I need to get my finances in order, start studying again and find a job that I love doing again. There are many other things I want to do like travel etc but I am sure this will all fall into place.
First things first.. HEALTH & FITNESS.
I am now 65kg and REALLY want to lose 10-11 kgs and get back to the old fit and healthy me! So I have started a new diet and am going to get back in my old exercise routine and LOSE THIS WEIGHT!!
In the past I have always set ridiculous time frames to meet my goals and I never have! So this time I am taking it as it comes, eating well and exercising daily. I will get there.. one day! Hopefully the below mini goals will help keep me on track, if I don't reach them its not the end of the world though, I will lose weight eventually!
Mini Goals:
20th November 2009 - 60kg - for Melbourne Trip.
1st December 2009 - 57kg - lose 5kg for SUMMER!
16th March 2009 - 54kg - Goal Weight by my 23rd Birthday.
Get a job back doing what I love doing, in a career path, drafting.
Save money and get my finances in order.
Book an overseas trip in 2010.
Start Studying Interior Design again.
