I am a 38-year-old mother of two boys age 8 and 6.
I work full time and so sit at a computer every day (snacking on chips and chocolate while I work of course).
I do not exercise even though I should. I own a treadmill which currently serves as a clothes hanger at home.
I go on binges where I tell myself i will start my diet 'tomorrow' and then eat as much as I can the night before. Of course, 'tomorrow' never comes, as the saying goes.
I was OK until I turned 38 last year, when I suddenly put on a lot of weight, and it has become much more difficult to get it off by just starving myself for a day or two, which used to work before. Oh dear.
