20 weeks ago I weighed 195. I started a 1200 calorie / 20 g's of fat a day diet...I've lost 40 lbs and 58.75 inches but would like to lose 20 more. I feel so much better. I've gone from a size 18 to a size 10. One thing that has helped me is I made myself a chart on excel. I weigh in and measure my neck, upper arms, bust, waist, hips, upper thighs and calves. I also write down everything that goes in my mouth and calculate the calories and fat. This has been a life saver for me. There are dozens of sights on the web that give you calorie and fat content on every item you can think of. The last couple weeks (really since the holidays), I've been slipping and thanks to my sister and fatsecret...I'm going to get back on track.
