I have a gym pass.... but I never go.
I know how to eat healthy ..... but I don't.
New Year's Resolution: Start taking care of myself.
I know how to lose weight. I know how to eat healthy... but I have low will power and it tends to get in the way. I have also quit smoking and drinking... so I am feeling like a completely new me.
I'm ready- I'm motivated- I want to like my body again.
Long term- I'd like to be at 150.... short Term- I think 170 would be awesome.
