I am 30 years old and 2kids later ..This is by far the most I have ever weighed..I am just watching my calorie intake and I try to stay under 1000 a day..I am a junk food eater and thats my most difficult temptation...My goal is to eat healthier and force the veggies ..I dont like veggies but I have no choice at this point..
