Doing Protein-Sparing Modified Fast diet.
Started April 21, 2010 at 220 lbs!
My 120 days are up at the end of August, then I do 3-week "re-feed." I want almonds, and blueberries, and peanut butter, and CHOCOLATE!!!
Type-II Diabetic. Off Metformin now, A1C has gone from 7.2 to 5.7.
