I'm pretty disapointed with my weight gain, but its no one's fault but mine. I seem to be in a trap of convenience food, primarly because between school and work things are so crazy right now. I welcome any tips or advice from anyone who has gone through this, what would be some good foods that are fast and convenient I could eat that are healthier?
129.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I wish there was a magic bullet but there isn't. What I try to do is to have already in the refrigerator salad makings, lots of fresh vegatables that I can roast and add to grilled chicken. I grill chicken in big quantities and then freeze so I can take out of the refrigerator and heat up in the microwave. I keep Progresso low fat (0 point) soups in my pantry so when I don't have time to prepare something I can reach and grab one of them. I also make soups in big quantities and freeze them-- so they are handy when I need them. You can do it! Good Luck!!!!!

great tip...the chicken breasts would be very convenient. I also try to keep some ww pasta or rice cooked and ready in the fridge so if the kids are eating fries or something convenience style...I have my own side dish ready. You don't get much more convenient than frozen veggies either. Not fresh I know...but better than canned....and a better choice that other convenience foods. Good luck...
