I'm pretty disapointed with my weight gain, but its no one's fault but mine. I seem to be in a trap of convenience food, primarly because between school and work things are so crazy right now. I welcome any tips or advice from anyone who has gone through this, what would be some good foods that are fast and convenient I could eat that are healthier?

I was pretty happy when I weighed myself this morning and saw that I was down 3 lbs. I also know though that I need to continue and make more changes. I still am giving in to my weakness of fast food, mainly because it tastes good and is convenient for me when I'm running between work and school. I am doing well with my water though and trying to make small changes here and there.

I am excited to start on this journey, but also scared. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I feel lethargic at least half the time that I'm awake...and I love my sleep. I want so badly for people to see the beautiful woman inside and I know sometimes people can't see past the exterior. I am blessed with the most amazing family and friends, so I have a support system in place. I also met someone special recently and I can tell he likes me for me, which is great. I just need to work on myself now...its time for me!
