Guys, my BMR is about 1250 kcal per day and to lose weight I need to consume about 500 kcal less per day in total, so about 750 kcal. How do I do that without starving myself? I’m on Herbalife shakes which help during the day, but when I’m home for dinner I just live between the couch and the fridge 🙈

it is never recommended to consume less than 1200 calories per day. I would advise that you "cut" the 500 calories by burning it up with exercise instead of taking the nutrition away that your body needs to function. Hope this is helpful
