DAY ONE
Back off my holiday and time to start sorting my life out. Slimfast shakes and water are on the menu for the next 12 weeks and my first mini goal is 50 lbs by my wedding anniversary on the 7th September NO MORE WIMPING OUT THE DIET STARTS TODAY NOT TOMORROW!!! Mum died without seeing me slim so the least i can do is stick to plan and stop kidding myself now.
