Ok, woke up this morning and decided to weigh myself. Is it really possible to be 2kg lighter just over night?lol...Either way, Im looking forward to starting eating healthier and more exercise, in between looking after my very active 10 month old son and my 7 year old daughter. By the way, its the 10th of april here in oz, so Im not writing this on the same day as joining.
73 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
