Hey guys! Today is Day 8 of Detox and wow these last couple of days just flew by. I am kinda dissapointed with myself cuz I cheated big time yesterday.. My bf took me to this great little diner yesyerday, and I was trying to get something healthy but there were very few choices, so I got a "grilled" chicken sandwich thinking that was pretty healthy, but when I got it, it was as greasy as a burger! It looked delicious, and I didn't wanna spoil our date, so I devoured it.. It was so so so good, but it made me feel so guilty afterwards...And I had 2 Cokes too!! I feel super bad, and on top of it all I didn't exercise this weekend, because I exercised Mon-Fri... Other than that, I kinda cheated Friday I had a cup of Cocoa Pebbles. This is hard! But all in all, I am proud of myself. I have lost 5 lbs so far!!! And the discipline I have had this past week is amazing, I'm sure that with time I'll get better and better at this...
81.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

5lbs is great considering the cheats. It should really be encouraging considering you still lost despite the cheats. Just imagine what is possible if there are no cheats. I said just imagine. Actually I can't imagine a life without some cheats. You are doing geat stay focused and keep smashing!

It is so hard to keep to the food, especially at first. You just have to do your best to stick to it and know that once you reach your goal, you can allow for treat here and there. You can do it!
