Ok, so I said that on the 16th I would go back to Detox for a week.. Didn't happen.. I am now supposed to be on Phase 3, and I have been eating pretty well, (with a couple of tiny cheats here and there) but I haven't exercised since last Friday and the scale is still not budging.. I will definetely work out tonight and get back on track with that.. And I know that the H2O is a very important part of weight loss and I haven't been drinking that like I'm supposed to.. I am going to try to exercise at least 4 times this week, beggining tonight and start drinking my water again and hopefully I will see a loss for next week. Guys, I really really want to lose this weight.. But the more time that passes, the more discouraged I am getting. At the beggining things were great, and I was losing at super fast speed, but the last 3 weeks I havent lost a pound!! I know I have slacked this past week, but the 2 weeks prior to that I was mostly on track.. If there is anyone out that that has gone through this "plateau" and can give some tips on how to overcome it I would soooo appreciate it!! Thanks guys ;)

Ugh!!!!!!!!!!! I am getting SOO frustrated!! Today is Day 33 of the FSD and I am not losing any more weight!!! I have lost 12 lbs total but I had lost 10 of those 12 lbs within the first 2 weeks!! Now its been over 4 weeks and I am not losing!!! I bought some new work out Tae Bo Videos to switch up my routine, but the scale isn't budging!!! I am a single mom, and work a 8 to 5, job 5 days a week, I have school on top of that, and on top of it all my baby boy to take care of.. I live on my own, so it is really hard for me to get to a gym, or go outside running, cause there is no one to watch him, so I have to limit my exercise to stuff I can do at home.. I don't have a treadmill or anything like that, what other stuff could I do at home??? Any suggestions?? Well, I am determined to stick to this and lose the weight but I don't know what else to do!!

Hey guys! I haven't had the chance to log on in the last few days, but I haven't been doing well anyway.. I haven't been eating horribly, I just haven't stuck to the diet and the group of foods we are allowed to have. Which definetely shows on the scale, cuz I haven't lost any weight this week. To make up for the lost time, I am going to do Detox again for a week starting tomorrow. I figured tomorrow would be perfect since tomorrow will be one month since I started the diet.. I have lost 12 lbs so far, but I have stayed at 12 lbs for like a week and a half and it hasn't budged!!! I have to be honest, thioughts of saying screw this and quitting have crossed my mind, but I don't want to quit AGAIN.. I've been trying to lose this weight for over 3 years now, and every time I have tried, I have quit for some reason. I want this time to be different.
