So far im doing good today, not craving for anything gross. I had a really high fiber cereal this morning and right now im having a black coffe. But Im affraid that I wont have the disepline later on in the day..because I left house this morning without any good snacks or lunch it was a rush. healthy choices are so hard to make in school!!!! :-(
