Yay! I broke 160 today. Everyone tells me that I shouldn't weigh myself on a daily basis yet I do. It's my morning way to remind myself that I'm focused on healthy eating for the day, especially when I just wake up and am a little foggy.

Congrats! It is a great feeling when you finally meet a "mini" goal. Keep up the awesome job. I do the same thing as you, I weigh myself every morning. It's just something I have to do.
