PROVED! at least for myself... 2 hari cheating makan karbo pdhl biasanya high fat & med protein (keto). hari ini berasa capek banget...pdhal kemaren2 6 km masih semangat naikin pace... I thjnk I will return to my old choice while taking deficit calories.
