Day 2: I am so proud of myself! I finished off last night with a Tae Bo video i bought at Wal Mart this past weekend and let me tell you it kicked my butt! but I loved the feeling I got when I was do ne, it felt great to work out after years of not doing so... Today is Day 2 of detox, and this seems really hard but I am very motivated to get through this phase, since what I have heard is that this is the hardest...I'm glad I found this place. If anyone is just starting out and wants to be diet "buddies" let me know! I have 45lbs to lose!

I have the new Tae Bo Amped system and I am going to try it out today. I love Turbo Jam so I recently gave Tae Bo a try and I love it as well, good stuff!

I have a dvd from mcdonalds that is 15 min of cardio/strength training and it is a wonderful way to get in a quick workout. if you do it 2x in a row you have a perfect 1/2 hour workout.

That is awesome! You are doing great! Hang in there...it does get hard, but you can do it! Keep the great attitude!

When you do your tae bo video, just focus on how RELIEVED and HAPPY you will feel when it is all over! Sometimes when I'm pushing it on the bike or treadmill I remind myself that it's only a couple groups of 5 more minutes, and really 5 minutes isn't all that hard, right? 40 minutes of quad burning cardio can seem daunting, but 8 groups of 5 quickly becomes "Oh, no, just 7 more to go. Make that 6." and then you're done! 45 lbs is just 9... Pretty soon you'll be saying "No, make that 8."
