I notice when I am working I go longer w/o eating and drinking H20 then I get very grumpy and want to scarf down the first thing I see. So far I been able to scarf down the correct portion size but it seems to be getting more difficult. :(

You have to plan and keep your diet situation at the forefront. Plus you work 90 feet from the food! lol Just go down and get a 1/2 chicken meal, side salad, and rolls. I will send you a list of the good food choices on base.
