Wow, didn't realize almost my entire calories for the day was wasted on a lunch of guiltless chicken sandwich minus the bun w/veggies at Chili's.I originally said no to the salsa and chips when my teenage daughter said, "Mom, YOU don't want chips and salsa"? I can't blame anyone but myself after all I was paying for the lunch. Dinner will be very light after spinning class at 1730. My mouth is so dry from those sodium laced chips! A blah feeling for sure. Grateful for: Hubby Kids quiet time health

Its funny when you look up the calories for a 1/3 LB burger from fudds, it is the same or less than the "healthy" chicken sandwich, and tastes one hell of a lot better!! Long story short, know what your doing, be educated.
