I couldn't wait the full week before weighing in. I'm glad I didn't though, I lost 1.8 pounds! I'm so thrilled, it gives me even more incentive to keep going.
73.6 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
