I went on a real working scale and my weight is 3 lbs different than i thought -good news & more of a reason to reach my goal!

55.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 3.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 9.5 kg a Week

It's funny how scales can be so different. Why can't they all be accurate. Glad to hear that you are 3 lbs. lighter than you thought.
