So I had myself measured this morning.I lost 2% body fat, total arm size went up L:2+ R4+, Above Navel:-5.5cm, Below Navel:-2cm,middle:-11cm.Another 14% body fat to go before I'm at 12% and stomach to go down Atleast 20-30cm till its flat.Goal is to reveal my sux pack before packing on size
