How do u keep yo carb intakes so low, im struggling with reducing my carbs😢 n its frustrating me

Mine is heavily based on fats and protein. Something I learned is don't count veg except for starchy type. I take carbs primarily at breakfast and after gym otherwise I don't eat it as im the body type that can put on at easily. Carbs isn't my friend
