I have avoided coming on here for a long time, because I am up in weight. I gained like 10lbs over Christmas keep gaining. I know it is because I am snacking at night and the weekends are a right off! I am so mad at myself for letting this happen so bad. I absolutely need to get back on track and stop making excuses for my pathetic self. Get moving again, and stop being so lazy!! I am almost starting all over, today I stepped on the scale and it said 275, for pete sakes, I was down to 262, so mad!!! so mad!!! so mad!!!
