I'm pretty sure we are allowed to have sf jello. You can even put some whipped cream on top! Some Atkins bars are allowed on Induction too. You just have to look to see which ones.

Atkins shakes are a great for a chocolate fix or strawberry for a fruit fix. For the Atkins bars, make sure it has all phases listed. If the bar is under 4 grams of net carbs its good for induction. SF Jello is allowed but remember only 2 -3 servings of sugar substitute a day and add a of tablespoons of reddi whip... mmmmm
GREAT reference: http://www.atkins.com/Program/ProgramOverview.aspx its where I heard about fatsecret

Make sure it the real whip cream reddi whip and not the substitute one... No fake cool whip stuff. Isn't it great to be able to have a reason to have real whipped cream on your desert? :)
